We are proud to announce that James J. Kincaid, CPA, has been named a Partner in the Firm effective January 1, 2009. J joined the professional staff of BDO Seidman, LLP, our predecessor firm, in 1991 as a staff accountant upon his graduation from college. He was promoted to Audit Manager in 1995 and to Senior Audit Manager in 2000. He concentrates in auditing, accounting and tax work for a wide variety of closely-held clients, and has developed specialization in serving the manufacturing, construction, home health care, mortgage banking, and not-for-profit industries.
In 1990, J obtained a BS in Accounting from The State University of New York at Fredonia. He is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a member of Affordable Housing Association of CPAs (AHACPA), and is active in the United Way. Originally from Syracuse, J and his wife, Debbie, have three sons and reside in Orchard Park, NY.
